Halloween in Napa Valley

With over 400 wineries, mountainous views that don’t seem to end, and an unlimited schedule of events, the Napa Valley is an awe-inspiring place to visit any time of year, but October can be particularly special. As the leaves begin to change, the air starts to develop a chill, and Halloween descends upon us, it is harvest season in Napa Valley.

Every region of the Napa Valley has added festivities to celebrate the season right. We have compiled a list of the area’s most festive activities to get you in the holiday spirit.

Pumpkin Nights Santa Rosa at Sonoma County Fairgrounds

October 10th – November 3, 5:30 PM to 10:30 PM

General Admission $20

An outdoor, interactive adventure that transports you to the enchanted world of Halloween with multi-sensory displays and seven pumpkin lands created with over 3,000 hand-carved pumpkins. This is a family-friendly event that offers free tickets for kids 3 and under and reduced tickets for kids 12 and under.

Cinema Under the Stars: Hocus Pocus in the Copia Garden

October 29th, 6:45 PM – 8:45 PM

Free

Bring a blanket and cozy up with your friends and family and watch the Halloween classic, Hocus Pocus under the stars. Admission is free and there is a pop-up concession stand as well as access to food and beverage from the Grove.
